- Standard Booth contains: 3 Partitions, 3 Spot lights, 1 unit 110V socket, 1 Carpet (9sqms), 1 fascia board, 1 Information Desk and 1 chair.
- Exhibitors could choose to rent raw space (searching contractors by yourself) or standard booth with basic furniture.
- Power Electricity, 24hrs electricity, water supply of water pipe, air compressor and forklift will be charged additionally.

Exhibit Regulations
- Exhibitor who has made the payment is eligible to participate in the booth selection event.
-
Booth Allocation Order as follows:
(a) Number of booths.(b) The total number of booths within 3 years. (2024+2025+2026)(c) Application date & time.(d) If the priority can not be decided among all cases above, it will be based on the result of draw lots onsite.
- Once booths have been selected, it will be not allowed to change the booth selection.
- For the exhibitor who can not join the booth selection event. Booth selection will be done by the organizer.
- Multiple exhibitors combine the booth selections or subleasing booth are forbid. Except featured area.
- Refund should follow these terms and conditions below. And shouldn’t use the refund to pay other exhibition booth fee.
- Exhibitors who have made payments and ask for cancel before 7 work days of booth selection event. A deduction of USD$700 will be applied to each booth, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Exhibitors who have made payments and ask for cancel within 7 work days of booth selection event, shall be eligible for a USD$700 refund of the total booth rental fee.
- If the exhibitor has chosen the booth location and cancel after the booth selection event, shell be eligible for a refund of USD$700 for each booth.
- The exhibitor ask for cancel within a month of show dates will not get any refund.
- Exhibits must as listed in the above table, be related to the theme of this exhibition. Do not extend beyond the space you have rented.
- Exhibitors shall not, without prior authorization from the Organizer, produce or sell souvenirs in the name of the Exhibition.
- If the exhibition is postponed, shortened, extended, or cancelled due to force majeure—such as strikes, natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemics, earthquakes, typhoons, or floods—Exhibitors shall have no claim for compensation or refund, and the Organizer shall bear no further liability.
- The organizer reserves the right to adjust the planning of booth facilities according to actual needs, and exhibitors must comply.
- Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from displaying counterfeit trademarks or products that infringe upon the rights of others. In the event of any violation, the Organizer shall require the exhibitor to cease displaying the infringing products, and the exhibitor shall be barred from participating in the next edition of the Exhibition.
- Other terms and conditions should be in accordance with the general regulations of the exhibition venue.
- After finish the full booth payment is eligible to participate in the booth selection event.
