The New 4620 Bundling Machine
The upgraded 4620 model now features a full-color LCD adjustment screen, offering a more intuitive interface and easier setup. To prevent accidental operation by unauthorized personnel, the screen has been relocated inside the machine housing, maintaining a clean and simple control panel layout.

Additional new features include:

1.Added display of single bundling count and total bundling count for tracking work progress.

2.New tape slot latch design for easier jam clearance.

3.Upgraded to a DC motor drive for faster performance.

4.Increased tolerance for tape thickness, making it compatible with a wider range of bundling tapes for more flexible operation.

5.Tension adjustment now uses a dial knob design, eliminating the need to adjust springs manually.

The 4620 is the standard model among TridentPak’s bundling machines, with a frame width of 46 cm and height of 20 cm. It is one of the larger-frame models available in the industry. TridentPak also offers custom frame sizes, including larger-frame machines like the TPK-6032, to meet a variety of customer needs.
