TT1500-M-SR Electric Server Rack Mover

The TT1500-M-SR is an electric tug purpose-built for moving server racks. With a 1,500 kg (3,300 lbs) capacity, a single operator can safely move racks in confined spaces, loading and unloading onto trailers, dock levellers and industrial flooring without the rack's castors needing to roll — eliminating physical strain and reducing the risk of industrial accidents.

Key features:
- Powered traction and electric lift; 0.7 kW DC drive motor; travel speed up to 4.5 km/h (2.8 mph) with adjustable parameters.
- Exchangeable LiFePO₄ battery (24V/40Ah, integrated BMS) with opportunity charging — approx. 8 hours run time per charge, less than 4 hours to recharge.
- Comprehensive safety: electromagnetic brake, automatic parking brake, anti-tilt safety support with automatic ratchet, body-protection switch on tiller head, emergency button, audible forward/reverse signal.
- Dual butterfly levers operable with either hand; ergonomic tiller head for precise, effortless operation.
- Reinforced superstructure, low chassis foot protection, telescopic steel covers protecting the lift system and reducing crush risk.
